| 摘 要： | 目的：研究专利技术臭氧激光联合穿刺针治疗颈椎病的疗效和安全性。方法：对我科2008年8月~2010年2月收治的58例颈椎病患者,应用专利技术臭氧激光联合穿刺针（以下简称联合针）进行臭氧激光联合治疗,分析术前及术后6个月内VAS评分的变化及术后6个月MacNab评分标准。结果：随访6~9个月,术前颈肩痛VAS评分为（6.57±1.34）分,术后1周VAS评分（1.80±0.65）分,术后颈肩痛VAS评分较术前有明显降低（H=61.680,P=0.000）,术后1、3、6个月VAS评分均为0（0~2）分,术后6个月内颈肩痛VAS评分无明显反弹。6个月随访时29例优,23例良,6例可,优良率为89.6%（52/58）。结论：激光臭氧联合穿刺针介入治疗颈椎病安全且疗效显著。
