| 摘 要： | 趋化因子ENA-78在急性胰腺炎(AP)的发病和发展中所起的作用越来越受到重视,它是一种来源广泛、生物功能多样的趋化因子,通过与其受体相互作用,引起中性粒细胞等白细胞的趋化及活化可能是AP的原因之一。趋化因子ENA-78的高表达对AP和其相关脏器损伤的发生、发展有重要意义。对趋化因子ENA-78及其受体的深入研究能给AP的治疗提供新的策略。 |

| Abstract: | Some researches confirmed that chemokines ENA-78 is important in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis.It is a source of a wide range of chemokines of diverse biological functions,through interaction with its receptor,causing neutrophils and other leukocyte chemotaxis and activation may be one of factors in acute pancreatitis.The high-expression of the chemokines ENA-78 is postulated to play an essential role in the local inflammatory reactions seen in acute pancreatitis and its associated organ injury.The... |
