| 摘 要： | 目的观察主动脉球囊反搏术(IABP)支持下急性重症心肌梗死患者行状动脉介入治疗的效果。方法对25例行介入治疗的急性重症心肌梗死患者应用IABP治疗1～9 d,平均(3.28±2.31)d,观察治疗前后血压和心率的改变。结果本组25例患者应用IABP治疗后血压均明显增高(P<0.05),心率明显减慢(P<0.05)。结论急性重症心肌梗死患者在IABP支持下行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗可增加治疗的安全性,降低病死率,减少血管再闭塞率及提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of interventional treatment with support of intraoperative aortic balloon pump(IABP)on patients with acute severe myocardial infarction.Methods 25 patients with acute severe myocardial infarction receiving routine interventional treatment were given IABP therapy for 1-9 days with an average of(3.28±2.31)days,and their hemodynamic alteration were observed both before and after treatment.Results The 25 cases with the application of IABP saw significantly increased blood pressure(P<0.05)and significantly slowed heart rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention with the aid of intraoperative aortic balloon pumpon in patients with acute severe myocardial infarction can increase security,reduce mortality,reduce blood vessel re-occlusion rate and improve the surgery success rate. |
