| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同蜂房提取物体外抗HepG2细胞的作用。方法用不同溶剂从蜂房中提取有效成分(A～G样品),通过3H-TdR渗入法观察各提取物体外对HepG2细胞的抑制作用,确定抑瘤效果最好的蜂房提取物。结果各蜂房提取物对HepG2细胞均有很好的抑制作用,其中蜂房醇浸石油醚提取物(F样品)与蜂房醇浸乙酸乙酯提取物(G样品)的抑制作用最明显,抑制率分别为38.6%～99.6%、21.4%～98.7%,并且具有较好的量效关系。结论蜂房提取物体外具有较强的抗肿瘤作用。 |
