Toll样受体在神经病理性疼痛中的作用

Toll样受体(TLR)是Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白质,是天然免疫细胞膜上最重要的模式识别受体,可以识别内源性分子。内源性分子可通过死亡细胞释放、应激细胞分泌、细胞外基质降解释放等使组织损伤。多项研究表明,脊髓胶质细胞表达的TLR参与神经病理性疼痛的发病机制,是神经病理性疼痛的潜在治疗标靶。研究TLR在神经病理性疼痛中的作用,可以为临床治疗疾病提供新的思路。

Role of Toll-like Receptors in Neuropathic Pain

Toll-like receptors（TLR）are type Ⅰ transmembrane protein on the cell membrane and the most important innate immune pattern recognition receptors which can recognize endogenous molecules.Endogenous molecules released by dead cells,stress cells,extracellular matrix degradation may damage the tissue.A number of studies show that TLR expressed by spinal cord glial cells are involved in the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain,which may be a potential therapeutic target of neuropathic pain.Study on the role of TLR in neuropathic pain may provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of the diseases.
