| 摘 要： | 将甲型H1N1流感疫情防控过程进行建模，形成了3个时期、9个节点。按照节点，对媒体相关报道进行抽样，选择各个节点的典型案例，通过对9个具体情境中风险沟通策略的应用及效果分析，以案例分析的形式全面总结甲型H1N1流感风险沟通。风险沟通是甲型H1N1流感大流行防控过程中的重要环节，良好的风险沟通能够为焦虑的公众提供支持、平复公众的紧张情绪、提供必要的信息、鼓励合作、帮助拯救生命；政府和卫生疾控部门在疫苗接种环节的风险沟通工作仍需提高；卫生疾控部门对微博、网络社区、视频网站等新兴传播手段还没有恰当的应用。
