臀肌挛缩症手术治疗进展

臀肌挛缩症(GMC)常发生于儿童、青少年时期,如不及时治疗可影响患儿的生长发育,导致髋关节功能受限加重,甚至出现脊柱、骨盆畸形。因此,应尽早手术,松解挛缩带。随着对该病的进一步认识和医疗技术的不断进步,近年来GMC的手术方式也在不断改进,传统的开放式手术及微创手术治疗针对不同的患者在临床上均取得良好的效果。现对该病的手术治疗进展进行简要概述。

Progress of Surgical Treatments of Gluteal Muscle Contracture

Gluteal muscle contracture（GMC）syndrome often occurs in children,adolescents,which if not treated can affect children′s growth and development,leading to increased hip function limitation,and even the spine,pelvic deformities.Therefore,surgery should be conducted as soon as possible to release the contracture.With the further understanding of the disease and advances in medical technology in recent years,GMC surgical methods have also been improved,the traditional open surgery and minimally invasive surgical treatment for different patients have achieved good clinical results.Here is to briefly review the progress of the surgical treatments of the disease.
