番茄红素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨大鼠血清中SOD活力和MDA含量在脑缺血再灌注(CIRP)损伤过程中的变化以及番茄红素干预后的影响。方法采用线栓法制作实验大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型(MCAO)。将Wistar大鼠随机分为:假手术组、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)(6h、1天、2天、3天、7天组)和番茄红素(LP组)。运用比色法检测大鼠血清中SOD和MDA。结果假手术组中SOD活力高表达、MDA低表达;I/R组的血清中SOD活力在各时间点均低于假手术组,并且在1天显著降低,2天SOD活力降到最低;MDA含量在6h开始升高,1天明显升高,2天达高峰;LP组从CIRP后血清SOD活力明显高于I/R组,MDA含量明显低于I/R组。结论大鼠血清中的SOD、MDA参与了CIRP损伤,番茄红素对大鼠CIRP后发生的氧化损伤有干预作用。
