| 摘 要： | 目的：分析湖北省新型农村合作医疗意外伤害病人的住院费用及补偿水平，为提高新农合补偿水平提供科学依据。方法：抽取湖北省8个县市2008-2009年新型农村合作医疗意外伤害病人的费用信息进行分析。结果：新农合能够在一定程度上减轻农民疾病负担，但目前意外伤害病人住院费用高且实际补偿比仍较低，严重影响了新农合的整体补偿水平。结论：探索意外伤害筛查标准，加强费用控制，减少不必要的费用支付，从而降低医疗负担。 |
