| 摘 要： | 在界定医疗服务质量监管概念的基础上，结合监管相关理论分析了我国医疗服务质量监管体系松散、实际监管主体单一、监管标准不够科学、监管结论利用不足、监管模式选取不合理等问题，并提出培育监管主体、建立监管主体的互联协调机制、创新体制机制、制定科学的监管标准和监管计划等手段以提高医疗服务质量监管的有效性和效率。 |
