药物经皮给药系统的研究进展

目前,心脑血管疾病药物治疗给药方式主要为口服。药物的生物利用度低,治疗药物的多样性、长期性,服药的频繁性和不便性造成患者依从性低,导致心脑血管疾病治疗失败。经皮给药系统能克服上述缺点,因此,进一步研究心脑血管病预防治疗与经皮给药系统相结合显得十分重要、迫切。现对经皮给药系统促进透皮吸收的方法予以综述。
