| 摘 要： | 内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)及内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)逐渐成为一种切除消化道癌前病变与早癌的一种标准微创治疗手段。使用黏膜下注射让黏膜隆起便于切除,有效的黏膜下注射可以减少EMR/ESD的并发症。随着癌前病变与早癌检出率的升高,用于EMR/ESD的技术也在不段完善和提高。现从EMR/ESD的发展对一些新型的黏膜下注射材料进行归纳与阐述,以便寻找理想的黏膜下注射材料。
