| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨产前常规彩色多普勒超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法:利用彩色多普勒超声对2007年1月~2009年12月对所有自愿来本院要求行超声筛查的孕妇4680例进行了检查,并进行了追踪随访。结果:4680例孕妇中检出胎儿畸形68例,诊断符合率为92.3%(63/68),其中神经管畸形最多,占61.2%。结论:产前超声对畸形胎儿的检出具有重要的临床价值,无创无痛,可重复性强,结果可靠。 |
