| 摘 要： | 目的：分析我国少数民族农村地区住院分娩的影响因素，并提出政策建议。方法：对定性资料进行统计学分析，对访谈资料和文献资料进行归纳分析。结论：民族因素、居民文化水平、家庭收入水平等因素对调查地区住院分娩利用产生影响。建议：促进社会经济发展，提高医疗服务提供能力和医疗保障水平，加强健康教育，发挥新农合的平台作用。
