安徽省休宁县2009—2010年手足口病流行病学分析

目的：分析2009－2010年安徽省休宁县手足口病疫情流行特征，为手足口病的防治提供决策依据。方法：在中国疾病预防控制信息系统下载疫情资料，描述病例的地区、人群、时间分布特征。结果：2009—2010年，安徽省休宁县共报告手足口病例303例，年均发病率为55．3／10万，无重症和死亡病例；在303例病例中，女性115例，占38．0％，男性188例，占62．0％；3岁以下病例247例，占81．5％，5岁以下病例287例，占94．7％。结论：病例集中在5岁以下人群，主要是由CoxA16感染引起的。

Epidemiological Analysis of Patients with Hand-foot-mouth Disease (HFMD) in Xiuning County of Anhui Province in 2009-2010

Objective： To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of patients with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） in Xiuning County of Anhui Province in 2009-2010 and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and cure for HFMD. Methods： Data downloaded from China information system for disease control and prevention were analyzed by disease distribution of time, regional and population. Results： There are 303 patients with HFMD in Xiuning County of Anhui province in 2009～2010, the incidence was 55.3 per 100 000, no cases of serious conditions ,no patient of dead, including 115（38.0%） female and 188（62.0%） male patients.Patients under the age of 3 years were 247, which accounted for 81.5%, patients under the age of 5 years were 287, which accounted for 94.7%. Conclusions： Patients with HFMD are concentrated in the age under 5years, mainly infected by Cox A16 virus.
