高龄肺癌患者肺切除手术的围术期处理

目的总结高龄肺癌患者外科治疗的特点及围术期处理经验。方法回顾性分析46例70岁以上行肺癌手术患者的术前诊断、风险评估、手术方案、围术期处理及并发症情况。结果全组45例术后恢复好,康复出院,1例因并发大面积脑梗死而死亡,平均术后并发症发生率为36.9%。结论高龄肺癌患者通过仔细的心肺功能评估,在严格选择手术适应证的前提下,结合充分的术前准备和严密的术后处理,手术并发症发生率及病死率明显降低,可以获得良好的治疗效果。

Perioperative Management of Aged Patients with Lung Cancer Who Underwent Pneumonectomy
