功能性消化不良发病机制的研究进展

功能性消化不良(FD)是临床上最常见的一种功能性胃肠病,其发病机制至今尚不清楚。目前多数认为与胃肠运动障碍、内脏敏感性增加、幽门螺杆菌感染、胃肠激素、精神心理因素等有关,但任何一种发病学说都无法概括该病的全部临床表现。目前一致观点认为,此病是多种发病机制共同参与和共同作用的结果,脑-肠轴以及其相关的胃肠激素备受关注。现就近年来有关FD的发病机制的研究进展作一综述,着重论述胃肠激素在FD中的作用。
