| 摘 要： | IgA肾病(IgAN)是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,是引起终末期肾功能衰竭的重要原因之一,其确切病因尚不清楚。大量证据表明上呼吸道感染和胃肠感染与IgA肾病密切相关,而牙周炎与IgA肾病可能存在相关性,此研究结果不仅有重要的理论意义,而且还可以为IgAN的防治指出方向、提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | IgA nephropathy(IgAN),which can develop into end-stage renal failure,is the most common primary glomerulonephritis,while the exact cause is still unknown.Considerable evidence showed that upper respiratory tract infections and gastrointestinal infections were closely related to IgA nephropathy,and IgA nephropathy and periodontitis may be correlated.This study not only had important theoretical significance,but also pointed out the direction of prevention and treatment of IgAN.Here is to make a review on the... |
