会东县肾结石发病情况及影响因素分析

目的：分析会东县肾结石发病情况以及影响因素。方法：选取会东县本地居住5年以上居民行肾脏B超检查与问卷调查,采用非条件Logistic多因素回归分析。结果：通过非条件Logistic回归分析后,进入模型变量的有BMI分级、饮食习惯、文化程度以及尿路感染病史等。结论：肾结石的危险因素为海鲜饮食、高文化者、肥胖者以及有尿路感染病史的患者,其蔬菜类饮食则具有保护作用。

Objective： to analysis the east county incidence and the influencing factors of kidney stones. Methods： select will east county local residents living 5 years line kidney B ultrasonic examination and questionnaire survey, the unconditioned Logistic multifactor regression anatysis. Results： through the unconditioned Logistic regression analysis, variable into the model have a BMI of grading, eating habits, degree of culture and history of urinary tract infection. Conclusion： the risk factors of kidney stones for seafood diet, high Wen Huazhe, obese people and patients with a history of urinary tract infections, its vegetables diet plavs a protective role.
