| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病和睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征都属于常见病,两者并存称为重叠综合征,估计40岁以上的人群中患病率为0.5%左右.本文就慢性阻塞性肺疾病和睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的关系、重叠综合征的临床表现及治疗原则作一综述.

| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) are both common diseases, and their coexistence, which is denominated overlap syndrome, can be expected to occur in about 0.5 % over 40 years of age. This article summarize the relationship between COPD and SAHS. The clincal features in the overlap syndrome,and principles of treatment of the overlap syndrome are discussed. |
