奉贤县献血员HGV感染的血清学流行病学调查

目的了解奉贤县健康人群中ＨＧＶ感染的情况及特点。方法应用酶免法检测献血员血清标本中抗ＨＧＶ，以及ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗ＨＣＶ、抗ＨＩＶ等献血筛检指标。结果２９６８名献血员中抗ＨＧＶ阳性者为３０例，阳性率为１．０１％；男性与女性无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而本地居民与外来民工之间存在着显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；３０例抗ＨＧＶ阳性者中伴有ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗ＨＣＶ、抗ＨＩＶ等献血筛检指标阳性的７例，占２３．３３％。结论外来民工应作为本县ＨＧＶ防治工作的重点。有７６．６７％的ＨＧＶ携带者不能通过现行的献血检验项目而予以筛除。为保证输血质量，认为有关ＨＧＶ与输血相关的致病性问题值得进一步探讨。

Sero - epidmiological survey of HGV infection among blood donors in Fengxian county

bjective To realize the current situation and characteristics of HGV infection among healthy individuals in Fengxian county. MethodsTBZUsing EIA to test anti - HGV,HBsAg,anti - HCV and anti - HIV among blood donors' sera. Results 30 of 2968 blood donors were screened as anti - HGV positive i.e.1.01%; there was no significant difference between males and females ( P >0.05),however,the difference was significant between local residents and migrant workers (X]P <0.05); 7 of the 30 anti - HGV positive donors accompanied with anti - HCV and anti - HIV positive i.e.23.33%. Conclusion Precautions should be taken for migrant workers as a key population.However,76.67% of HGV infected individuals could not be excluded by current blood screening tests.Issues concerning transfusion associated with HGV should be further discussed.
