具有细胞毒素相关蛋白和细胞空泡毒素的幽门螺杆菌与消化性溃疡的相关性研究

目的探讨能产生细胞毒素相关蛋白（ＣａｇＡ）与细胞空泡毒素（ＶａｃＡ）的幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）与消化性溃疡的关系。方法用免疫印迹法检测分析经尿素酶及组织学Ｇｉｅｍｓａ染色证实ＨＰ阳性的血清标本共１１２份,其中慢性胃炎６５份,消化性溃疡４７份。观察两种疾病中ＣａｇＡ与ＶａｃＡ阳性的ＨＰ检测结果。结果慢性胃炎组、消化性溃疡组的ＣａｇＡ与ＶａｃＡ阳性的ＨＰ感染率分别为３３．８５％和５９．５７％,差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论具有ＣａｇＡ与ＶａｃＡ的ＨＰ菌株与消化性溃疡发病密切相关

Research of the interrelation between HP of CagAVacA and peptic ulcer

Objective To probe into the relation between HP of CagA VacA and peptic ulcer. Methods Using immunity impression method to test and analyze 112 serum which were proved to be HP positive by wrokinase and giemsa chromatin staining. 65 cases of the 112 were chronic gastritis while 47 cases were peplic ulcer. HP test result of CagA and VacA positive were observed in the two diseases. Results HP infection rates of CagA and VacA positive of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were 33.85% and 59.57% respectively. The difference between chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer was significant( P <0.01). Conclusion HP with positive CagA and VacA was related to peptic ulcer.
