| 摘 要： | 肝癌的早期诊断对患者生存时间的延长至关重要，由于双期扫描在病变定性方面的不足，一种新的CT灌注技术应运而生，它是在同层动态CT及图像处理技术上发展起来的，并逐渐被中外学者关注，目前已成功的应用于临床。本文综述其基本原理、计算方法及在肝脏疾病中的应用和成果。 |

| Abstract: | It is vital to make t he diagnosis of hepatocelluler carcinoma as ea rly as possible in prolonging the survival time of patience with HCC.Because of the defect of dual-phase scanning in assuring the quality of lesions and detect ing the hepatic overt tumors.then a new perfusion technique with computed tom ography appeared to us,It was developed on the basis of target-slice dynamic CT and the technique of image process,now it is becoming to be the emphasis of rese arching and has been successfully applied to clinical practice,This article revi ews its primary principle and the method of calculation and the application in h epatic diseases. |
