摘    要:
目的探讨女性泌尿生殖道衣原体感染危险因素,为衣原体感染的防治和干预提供依据。方法运用问卷调查和多元Logistic回归分析,探讨衣原体感染危险因素。结果性伙伴及配偶有性病(OR=2.168,95%C I:1.469~3.199)、城市居住人群(OR=2.079,95%C I:1.187~3.642)、教育程度低(OR=0.338,95%C I:0.176~0.649)为影响女性泌尿生殖道衣原体感染的主要危险因素。结论积极开展高危人群的卫生健康教育,加强卫生性行为的指导,是预防和干预女性泌尿生殖道衣原体感染积极而有效的措施。

Abstract:
Objective To Discussing the risk factors in female Chlamydia trachomatis infection to provide basis for prevention or treatment and interference.Methods The risk factors in female Chlamydia trachomatis infection were tested by the methods of questionnaire and Multivariate logistic regression Analysis.Results The main risk factors of female Chlamydia trachomatis infection were related to having a spouse or other steady sexual partner who sickened for venereal diseases(OR=2.168,95% CI: 1.469-3.199),living in a city(OR=2.079,95%CI:1.187-3.642),less education(OR=0.338,95%CI:0.176-0.649).Conclusion Active promotion in health care education and enforcement of guide on healthy sex behavior will contribute to controlling of female Chlamydia trachomatis infection.
