国人大脑皮质颞平面锥体细胞基树突及其棘的形态学研究

摘    要:
对5例新鲜成人男性脑用改良Golgi法和计算机图象分析仪计量分析,研究了颞平面的锥体细胞基树突和树突棘的形态特征,并进行左、右侧对比以及和左、右侧听皮质的相同结构对比。发现:(1)左右侧颞平面锥体细胞第1~3级基树突的平均数量大于左右侧听皮质的同级树突量;但第5~6级树突量左侧颞平面不仅大于左右侧听皮质的同级树突量,也大于右侧颞平面;(2)左侧颞平面锥体细胞基树突总长度大于其它三个区域;各级分支的平均长度除左侧颞平面第6级大于其它三个区域外,其余各区域的各级分支间差别均无统计学意义;(3)左侧颞平面锥体细胞基树突第4~6级分支长度占树突总长度的比例较其它三个区域所占的比例大,(4)第3~5级基树突上L型棘大于其它三个区域。以上结果显示:左侧颞平面锥体细胞的平均树突量、总长度均占优势,为语言功能的左侧优势提供了形态学的依据。

Abstract:
The basilar dendrites and spines of pyramidal cells in the planum temporale and auditory cortex of 5 chinese adult brains were studied using Golgi imperegnation and computerised image analyser. The results were as follows: (1) The numbers of the lower basilar dendrites orders 1-3 of the pyramidal cells in the planum temporale were more numerous than those in the auditory cortex, but the numbers of the basilar dendrites orders 5-6 in the left planum temporale were more numerous than those in the other three areas (right planum temporale and audtfory cortex of 2 sides). (2) The total length of the basilar dendrites in the left planum temporale was longer than those in the other areas. (3)The length of the higher order basilar dendrites(orders 4-6)occupied a greater fraction of the total dendritic length in the left planum temporale than in the other areas. (4)The L-type spines from the third to the fifth orders of the left planum temporale were more numerous than those of the other areas All these maybe related to the complexity and the dominance of the speech function of this area.
