左西孟旦在老年顽固收缩性心力衰竭患者中的疗效观察

目的 分析左西孟旦对老年顽固收缩性心力衰竭患者的疗效.方法 对128例符合纳入标准的心力衰竭患者入院初期应用常规药物洗脱治疗1周,1周后选取其中38例顽固性心力衰竭患者,按随机化原则分为对照组和治疗组各19例,对照组继续给予常规治疗,而治疗组在常规治疗基础上加左西孟旦治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗组纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)及N-末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)与对照组比较显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组应用左西孟旦后无低血压、心律失常和过敏发生,患者耐受性良好.结论 左西孟旦对老年顽固收缩性心功能不全患者有明显的疗效,且有较好的安全性和耐受性.

Observation on the effect of levosimendan in elderly patients with refractory systolic heart failure

Objective To analyze the effect of levosimendan on elderly patients with refractory systolic heart failure.Methods A total of 128 patients with heart failure who met the inclusion criteria were treated with conventional drug eluting therapy for 1 weeks at the initial stage of admission.One week later,38 patients with intractable heart failure were selected.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of randomization,each with 19 cases.The control group continued to be given conventional treatment,while the treatment group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,NYHA,LVEF and NT-proBN of treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The control group received levosimendan without hypotension,arrhythmia and hypersensitivity, and the patients were well tolerated.Conclusion Levosimendan was effective in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory systolic heart failure,and had better safety and tolerability.
