60Co辐照对乌金丸中益母草碱的影响

摘    要:
目的 考察不同剂量60 Co辐照(0、2、6和10 kGy)对乌金丸有效成分益母草碱含量的影响.方法 采用梯度高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测益母草碱的含量,应用SPSS软件对试验结果进行统计分析.结果 益母草碱在0、2、6和10 kGy的辐照处理后含量分别为0.138、0.135、0.139和0.137 mg·g-1.统计学分析发现,经不同剂量辐照灭菌后乌金丸中益母草碱的含量与无辐照相比无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 60 Co辐照灭菌对乌金丸中益母草碱的含量无影响.

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influence of 60Co irradiation (0,2,6 and 10 KGy) on leonurine in Wujin Pills.Methods HPLC was used to detect the contents of leonurine in Wujin Pills,and the obtained results were further analyzed by SPSS.Results The average contents of leonurine in Wujin pill of 0,2,6and 10 KGy were 0.138, 0.135, 0.139 and 0.137 mg·g-1.By SPSS analysis,no statistical significance was found among above detected irradiation groups (P>0.05).Conclusion 60Co irradiation sterilization had no effect on leonurine content in Wujin Pills.
