13例薄芝糖肽注射液不良反应分析

目的 探讨薄芝糖肽注射液的合理用药.方法 采用回顾性分析法,对笔者所在医院2016 年上报的13 例薄芝糖肽注射液药品不良反应(ADR)报告及本品说明书,按照患儿年龄、性别、体质量,报告类型、药品不良反应表现、发生药品不良反应时用药次数、发生药品不良反应时用药后的时间、药品不良反应持续时间等方面统计及说明书存在问题进行分析.结果 13例药品不良反应报告中,患儿的平均年龄为(1.99±1.34)岁,平均体质量为(12.12±4.98)kg,发生药品不良反应时平均用药次数为(4.92±4.35)次,发生药品不良反应时用药后的平均时间为(0.55±0.22)h,药品不良反应平均持续时间为(23.43±30.75)h.结论 薄芝糖肽注射液说明书资料不够完善,建议生产厂家完善本品说明书.本品的临床使用不够规范,建议临床使用本品尽量减少超说明书用药情况,加强用药后观察,做好急救措施,发生严重药品不良反应,立即停药,及时抢救,努力把损害减小到最小.

Analysis of 13 cases of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection ADR

Objective To discuss the rational use of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection.Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze 13 cases of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection ADR reported statistically in 2016 and drug instruction,in accordance with children's age,gender,weight,the type of report,as well as ADR performance,the drug frequency of ADR occurred,the time after drug use of ADR,the duration of ADR etc.Results In the 13 cases of ADR reports,the children's average age was(1.99±1.34)years,the average weight was (12.12±4.98)kg,the average drug frequency of ADR occurred was (4.92±4.35)times,the average time after drug use of ADR occurred was(0.55±0.22)h,the duration of ADR was(23.43±30.75)h.Conclusion Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection information was inadequate,it was recommended that manufacturers should improve the drug instruction.Owing to non-standard use in clinical,we suggested decreasing off-label drug use,enhancing the observation after medication,doing a good first aid treatment.Once serious ADR appear,the agents causing the effects must be stopped and suitable remedies should be introduced immediately,trying best to minimize the seriousness.
