| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾移植术后肺部感染特点。方法：分析50例54例次肾移植术后肺部感染资料。结果：提示肾移植术后肺部感染多发生于术后6个月内,细茵、巨细胞病毒、真菌、结核感染在肺部感染中所占比例分别为66．67％、44．44％、11．11％、5．56％,其中混合感染24．07％。治愈39例次。结论：肾移植术后肺部感染以细菌、巨细胞病毒感染多见,混合感染常见,发病与术后免疫抑制剂的应用有关,根据发病频度、发病时间、病原学及胸部X线检查可帮助病因诊断,以指导临床合理治疗。

Clinical Observation of Pulmonary Infection after Renal Transplantation |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical feature of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation. Method: Data of 50 cases with pulmonary infection after renal transplantation were reviewed. Result: The infectious rate of bacteria, virus eumycetes and TB was 66.67%, 44.44%, 11.11% and 5.56% respectively in the lungs after 6 months renal transplantation. Conclusion: The lung is infected easily by bacteria and virus after renal transplantation due to relate with the usage of immuno-inhabitor. |
