脊膜瘤的低场强MRI征象分析

目的探讨低场脊膜瘤的MRI表现,以提高对本病的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的脊膜瘤11例的MRI表现,观察肿瘤的形态、部位、边缘、信号特征、邻近的结构关系及其强化特征。结果脊膜瘤好发于胸段髓外硬膜下,边缘清晰,平扫T1WI呈等或略低信号,T2WI呈等或略高信号。增强扫描瘤体均有一定的增强特征,“硬膜尾征”有助于诊断。结论低场MRI对诊断脊膜瘤仍具有重要价值,最后诊断需要依靠病理。

Analysis of Low Field Strength MRI Findings of Meningioma

Objective:To investigate the low field strength MRI findings of meningioma in order to improve the diagnosis ability for this disease. Methods: The MRI findings of 11 cases with meningioma verified by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The shape,location,border and MR signal of the lesions as well as the relationship between the tumor and surrounding structure and the enhancement pattern were observed.Results: Most meningiomas were located in intradural-extramedullary space of thoracic region with clear border.Meningiomas were showed with isointense or slight hypointense signal intensity on T1WI and isointense or slight hyperintense on T2WI.Contrast: enhanced scans showed some characteristic enhancement features."Dural tail sign" was helpful to diagnose meningioma.Conlusion: Low field strength MRI has an important value for diagnosis of meningioma,but its conclusive diagnosis should depend on pathology.
