水枕及水睡垫对早产儿的临床效果研究

摘    要:目的:探讨水枕和水睡垫在早产儿护理中的作用。方法将124例早产儿按出生单双号随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用水枕及水睡垫护理,即在暖箱“鸟巢”底下加放水枕及水睡垫,让早产儿睡在预热的“鸟巢”内。结果观察组呼吸、心率平稳,体质量增加快,呼吸暂停、喂养不耐受等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿使用水枕及水睡垫后,可促进疾病恢复,缩短了住院天数,有利于早产儿智力和身心发育。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of water pillow and water cushion on nursing care in premature infants.Methods One hundred and twenty-four premature infants were divided into observation group and control group randomly,62 cases in each group.The routine nursing care was performed in both groups .The infants in the observation group were also given the nursing care with water pillow and water cushion ,they infants were sleeping in the warm-up bird nest ( incubator ) under which were water pillow and water cushion .Results The infants in the observation group had smooth respiratory ,stable heart rate and increased body weight , and the incidence of complications such as apnea , feeding intolerance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of water pillow and water cushion in the premature infants can improve the patients′recovery and shorten the hospital stay ,which might be benefit to the intelligence development and body growth of the premature infants .
