雌、孕激素受体在乳腺增生组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）在乳腺增生组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：选取我院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的确诊为乳腺增生病且进行手术治疗的患者80例作为观察组,取乳腺增生组织80份进行常规HE染色,采用免疫组化法检测乳腺增生组织中ER、PR的表达情况,并设同期因其他手术取正常乳腺组织者作为对照。结果：观察组各型增生组织中ER、PR的表达量均较正常乳腺组织显著增高,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：乳腺增生病中ER、PR表达量增高,其定量表达检测可作为判断癌前病变及预测预后的有效指标。

Expression and clinical significance of ER and PR in hyperplastic breast tissues

Objective：To discuss expression and clinical significance of ER and PR in hyperplastic breast tissues.Methods：A total of 80patients diagnosed as breast hyperplasia and underwent surgery from January 2010to December 2012in our hospital were enrolled.A total of 80samples of hyperplastic breast tissues were collected and routine HE staining was performed.Immunohistochemical assay was adopted to detect the expression of ER and PR in hyperplastic breast tissues.Meanwhile,normal breast tissues from the same period were chosen as the control.Results：In observation group,ER and PR expression in all types of hyperplastic breast tissue groups were all significantly higher than those in normal tissues（P0. 05）.Conclusion：The expression of ER and PR in hyperplastic breast tissues is increased,and is an effective indicator for judging precancerous lesions and prognosis.
