菝葜高效液相色谱指纹图谱的建立

摘    要:
目的 建立菝葜提取物的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱测定方法 ,并同时对其中落新妇苷和黄杞苷的含量进行测定. 方法 采用DIKMA Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇 0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30 ℃,检测波长303 nm. 结果落新妇苷和黄杞苷分别在0.08~20.52 μg和0.08~20.28 μg范围内线性关系良好,r分别为 0.997和0.998. 建立10个不同产地样品的HPLC指纹图谱. 结论 该方法 准确、稳定、可靠,可用于菝葜的质量研究和评价.

Abstract:
Objective To establish a finger print and quantitative determination of astilbin(A) and engelitin(E) simultaneously for Smilax china L.of different batches.Methods The samples were separated on a DIKMA Diamonsil C18 column with gradient elution of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected wavelength at 303 nm.Results The linear ranges of A and E were 0.08–20.52 μg(r=0.997) and 0.08–20.28 μg(r=0.998),respectively.The HPLC finger print of Smilax china L.of ten different places was established.Conclusion The method can be used for quality control of Smilax china L.
