摘    要:目的研究幼年小型猪垂体不同单次剂量照射的放射反应。方法用依附于直线加速器的立体定向放射系统对小型猪垂体一次施照,40周后活杀,对垂体和靶腺器官行组织学检查。结果照射后睾丸间质细胞含量及细胞分泌功能明显下降,且与剂量相关;甲状腺病检见10Gy组增生,15Gy以上组则不同程度退变;光镜观察未见肾上腺及垂体明显改变。结论垂体腺组织单次20Gy的剂量照射后无光镜下结构改变;垂体激素分泌细胞有不同的放射敏感性。

Abstract:Aim To research the radiation response o f the pituitary to the single dose irradiation.Method The porcine hypophysis was irradiated by5,10,15and 20Gy single doses respectively.40weeks after irradiation,all animals were exsanguinated and killed for pathologically examining the pi-tuitary and the pituitary target org ans.Results The percentage and the restorative degree of secretive fun ction of the Leydig cell were lower in the irradiated groups than that in the co ntrol group,and they showed a negative correlation with the dose.The thyro id tissue showed obvious hyperplasia after the 10Gy irradiation,but degenerat ion in the 15and 20Gy groups.No ob-vious changes were found about the ad renal tissue and pituitary under the light microscope after irradiation.Conclusion The pituitary is well-tolerant to the single 20Gy irradiation,but i t' s hormone-producing cells and has th e different radiative sensitivity.
