可调矩脉冲Nd：YAG激光治疗口腔血管瘤42例疗效观察

目的：探讨长脉冲可调脉宽Nd：YAG激光治疗毛细血管瘤的疗效及影响因素。方法：长脉冲可调脉宽Nd：YAG激光治疗口腔血管瘤患者42例，根据皮损面积、颜色、深浅选择参数，并根据即刻反应调整参数。治疗间隔1个月。结果：42例血管瘤治愈37例，显效5例，治愈率88．1％，有效率100％。各因素对疗效的影响中：血管瘤面积越小，有效率越高，皮损厚度越小，有效率越高（P＜0．001），不良反应中：术后水疱发生率为9．5％。结论：长脉冲可调脉宽Nd：YAG激光治疗口腔血管瘤效果好，不良反应小，是治疗口腔血管瘤的有效方法之一。

Therapeutic efficacy of long-pulsed tunable Nd:YAG Laser on Oral Hemangioma

Objective：To evaluate the effect of long-pulsed tunable Nd：YAG laser on oral hemangioma and to ana-lyze potential influential factors. Method：Nd：YAG laser was conducted in 42 patients with oral hemangioma,adjusting the parameters according to the lesional area, depth and pain extent of the patients. The interval of two treatments was one month. Result：Among the 42 patients with oral hemangioma,37 experienced more than 95%subsidence,5 achieved 60%~94%subsidence. The cure rate and effective rate were 88.1% and 100 %,respectively. Smaller lesions showed a better re-sponse to the treatment compared with larger ones, either did the depth （both P 〈0.001）. The incidence of postoperative blister was 9.5 %. Conclusion：The long-pulsed tunable Nd：YAG laser is an effective treatment for oral hemangioma with fast effects and few side reactions.
