| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定动物肌肉中三聚氰胺残留量的分析方法。方法:样品在酸性条件下,用乙腈-水提取,经阳离子交换固相萃取柱净化后,用高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果:线性范围为0.25~5.0 mg/L,相关系数0.99,动物肌肉在0.5~5.0 mg/kg添加水平范围内,回收率在80%~110%之间,相对标准偏差10%,方法的定量限为0.5 mg/kg。结论:该法实用、准确,为动物肌肉中三聚氰胺残留量检测提供可行的方法。 |
