摘    要:目的 探讨机械通气患者合理应用营养输注泵对减少早期肠内营养并发症的作用.方法 将60例机械通气患者随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例).实验组通过营养输注泵进行鼻饲肠内营养;对照组采用传统的用注射器分次鼻饲相同流质的方法.比较两组发生腹泻、返流、吸入性肺炎等并发症情况.结果 实验组发生腹泻、返流、吸入性肺炎、低血糖、胃管堵塞的例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 应用营养输注泵实施持续滴注的早期肠内营养可以明显减少肠内营养并发症,使机械通气患者的肠内营养支持更为安全、有效.

Abstract:Objective To study the proper application of the nutrition infusion pump to patients with mechanical ventilation to reduce early intestinal nutrition complications. Methods 60 patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. 30 cases in experimental group were used nutrition infusion pump in "the nasal feeding for intestinal nutrition;and 30 cases in control group were used the traditional syringe with the liquid nasal feeding repeatedly. Results The number of patients with diarrhea, reflux, aspiration pneumonia, hypoglycemia and the stomach tube blocking in experimental group was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05) . Conclusions The application of nutrition infusion pump in continued dripping implementation of early intestinal nutrition can obviously reduce intestinal nutrition complications, making the intestinal nutrition of patients with mechanical ventilation is safer and more effective.
