| 摘 要： | 目的了解甘露醇对脑卒中急性肾损伤（AKI）患者肾功能的影响。方法收集脑卒中AKI患者62例，随机分为甘露醇治疗组（31例），继续使用20％甘露醇125ml静脉滴注，6—8h1次；对照组（31组）不使用甘露醇，测定两组每个患者第2天、第4天、第7天血肌酐值。结果①治疗组第4日血肌酐（109．3±38．9）mmol／L，第7日血肌酐（118．7±46．3）mmol／L，（t=0．87，P〉0．05）；②治疗组第4日血肌酐升高值（37．1±26．2）mmol／L，第7日肌酐升高值（45．4±29．8）mmol／L，（t=0．77，P〉0．05）。结论脑卒中AKI患者使用甘露醇（〈50g／d）是相对安全的，不会导致血肌酐明显升高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of mannitol of stroke with acute kidney injury （AKI）. Methods Today 62 stroke with AKI patients were divided into two groups： mannitol treating group（31 cases） and control （31 cases）. Set was measured in 2 days, 4 days and 7 days after their stroke. Result （1）The Ser in mannitol group was [ （ 118.7 ± 46. 3 ） mmol/L] after 7 days and [ （ 109. 3 ± 38.9） mmol/L] after（ t = 0. 87, P 〉 ：0. 05 ） ; （2）Increase if Ser in mannitol group after 7 days [ （45.4 ± 29. 8 ） mmol/L] was not higher than that after 4 days [37.1 ±26. 2） mmol/L] （t = 0.77,P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Mannitol （〈50g/d） is safe on treating stroke with AKI. |
