| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨齐拉西酮对首发精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法：60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给予齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗8周，用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）和治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：齐拉西酮组与利培酮组疗效相仿（P〉0．05），齐拉西酮组不良反应显著少于利培酮组（P〈0．05）．结论：齐拉西酮是一种安全有效的抗精神病药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone in the treatment of first-onset schizophrenia.Method:Sixty schizophrenic inpatients were divided into ziprasidone group or risperidone group randomly for 8 weeks.Positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects respectively.Results:There were no significant differences in efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).Ziprasidone had less side effects than risperidone significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziprasidone is a safe and effective antipsychotic drug. |
