| 摘 要： | 目的：用等速技术了解膝ＯＡ的ＡＭＷ特性。方法：自身对照设计，在ｃｙｂｅｘ６０００上，对６８例单侧膝ＯＡ患者以６０°／ｓ、１２０°／ｓ、１８０°／ｓ等速测定并比较屈伸膝的肌力参数。结果：大部分患肢屈伸膝肌群的等速肌力参数有明显下降。结论：膝ＯＡ的屈伸膝肌群均表现出一定程度的ＡＭＷ。因此，在重视治疗伸膝肌群ＡＭＷ的同时，也应注意屈膝肌群ＡＭＷ的恢复。

| Abstract: | To study the properties of arthrogenous muscle weakness in patients with knee osteoarthritis using isokinetic tech-nipue Method Self-control design The parameters of knee extensors and flexors in 68 patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis were tested at the speeds of 60/s ,120/s and 180/s result most of parameters of knee extensors and flexors involved limbs decreased statistically Conclusion Arthrogenous muscle weakness exist in both knee extensorsors and flexors in patients with knee osteoarthritis tTherefore stength of both knee flexors and knee extensors should be restored |
