| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人文关怀的内涵，提出人文关怀理念的形成是一个长期的工程。方法通过更新服务理念，营造良好的人文氛围，提高护理人员文化素质，创建人性化的护理管理制度，真正建立以人为本的整体护理。结果人文关怀体现在护理服务的全过程。结论实施人文关怀是护理发展的需要，它大大丰富了护理内涵，提高了整体护理水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the content of humanities concern and the formation of humanities concern was a long-term engineering.Methods Renew service principle,construct good humanities atmosphere,raise a nursing personnel cultural character,establish a humanized nursing management system,really establish whole nursing with people being center.Results Humanities concern was shown in the whole processes of the nursing.Conclusion Carrying out the humanities concern was the demand of nursing development.It enriched the nursing content greatly,and raising whole nursing level. |
