军队离休干部联动健康照护模式的探讨

目的探讨更好地为军队离休干部服务的方法和效果。方法采取医院-干休所-家庭联动的健康照护模式,对驻地4个干休所60余名军队离休干部进行全程无缝隙的专业照护。结果使得老干部疾病预防、保健护理知识知晓率比联动照护模式实施之前提高10%,再入院频次降低50%。结论医院-干休所-家庭联动的健康照护模式能节省医疗资源,提高为老干部服务的质量,是低投入、高回报的健康保障模式。

Discussion of Synergetic Healthcare Model for Military Retired Officers

Objective This article aims to discover a better method to serve for military retired cadres. Methods The synergetic Hospital -Sanatoriumfor Retired Cadres -Family heahhcare model has been conducted on more than 60 cadres in four Sanatoriums for retired cadres with constant and professional cares. Results After the synergetic healthcare model being applied, the retired cadres＇ knowledge of disease prevention and health care has increased 10% and the readmission rate has decreased 50%. Conclusion The application of synergetic healthcare model of Hospital- Sanatoriumfor Retired Cadres -Family can save medical resources and improve the service quality for retired cadres, so it is a modem low -input and high -return logistical support model.
