| 摘 要： | 目的：了解非急诊科不同护龄护士面对临床急救工作的主要压力情况。方法：压力测量使用护士急救压力源量表、心理压力量表，对本地区省级、市级和县级医院的1085名护士进行调查。结果：非急诊科不同护龄护士在急救专业方面、急救工作量、急救环境及资源、病人护理、人际关系、缺乏急救经验、缺乏模拟急救培训的压力条目中，护龄1-3年、4～7年、7～11年、〉12年各组急救压力总平均分均有统计学差异（P〈0．001）；压力量表总平均分、条目1（为一些预料之外事情的发生而感到不安）、条目3（感觉到紧张和压力）有统计学差异（P〈0．001）。结论：非急诊科的急救工作对低年资护士造成压力较大。建议：重视非急诊科护士急救人力的补充和应用，重视对低年资护士的急救技能培训，并加强心理疏导，以适应临床急救需要。 |
