病人教育对股骨颈骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的 探讨病人教育对股骨颈骨折患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法 采用类实验性的前测验和后测验设计类型,将60例股骨颈骨折患者分为实验组与对照组,对照组接受临床常规治疗与护理;实验组除接受临床常规治疗与护理外,还接受研究者的院内教育,教育策略包括个体化指导、知识手册、演示与反演示、教育家庭重要成员。运用状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)、流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对教育前后股骨颈骨折患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评定。结果 教育后不同时段实验组与对照组相比,其焦虑、抑郁均值明显降低,两组焦虑、抑郁均值的差异都有统计学意义。结论 病人教育是一项改善患者心理状态的行之有效的措施。

The Effects of Patient Education on Anxiety and Depression of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective Exploring the effects of patient edeucation on anxiety and depression of patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF). Methods An quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design was used. 60 patients were assigned to control group, which received usual medical and nursing care, or experimental group, which received usual medical and nursing care plus patient education by means of individual teaching, booklet, demonstration and teaching family significant others. Spielbergers State-trait Anxiety Inventory ( STAI) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)were used to judge the anxiety and depression of patients with FNF. Results Significant difference was found in mean score of anxiety and depression between experimental group and control group after intervention. Conclusion This study indicate that patient education is an effective measure to improve psychology of patients with FNF.
