肠杆菌科细菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶的检测及耐药性分析

摘    要:
目的探讨惠州地区产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肠杆菌的临床分布及耐药情况,为临床治疗和控制医院内感染及流行病学调查提供依据。方法对201株大肠埃希菌,139株肺炎克雷伯菌,53株变形杆菌进行19种抗菌药物的耐药性检测,同时采用纸片扩散法进行ESBLs确证试验,统计分析。结果201株大肠埃希菌ESBLs检出率为47.8%,139株肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLs检出率为51.8%,53株变形杆菌ESBLs检出率为15.1%。ESBLs阳性菌对多数抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于ESBLs阴性菌。结论肠杆菌科细菌的耐药性及ESBLs的产生和播散严重,应持续进行监测。
