| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊柱结核的CT影像特征。方法回顾性分析48例脊柱结核的CT表现，总结其影像特征。结果48例脊柱结核均经手术病理证实，24例显示椎体破坏，20例显示椎旁脓肿，10例病变侵及椎管，21例椎间盘破坏，12例椎体附件破坏。结论CT对脊柱结核的诊断优于常规X线，特别是对于估价骨质破坏和侵及椎管及椎旁软组织块影的范围更有价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the characteristic fefitures in the CT diagnosis of tuberculosis of spine Methods: The CT images of 48 patients with tuberculosis of spine were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 48 cases were surgicopathologically proved. 24 cases indicated the destruction of vertebral bodies and 12 cases had paraver-tebral soft tissue masses. Vertebral canals were involved in 10 cases, 21 cases had vertebral disc destruction, and 20 cases had destruction of vertebral appendages. Conclusion: CT is superior to conventional roentgenography in the diagnosis of tuberculosis of vertebral column, and is especially valuable in the assssing the extend of body destruction, involvement of the spinal canal and existence of Para spinal soft tissue masses. |
