骨不连与骨形成蛋白

摘    要:研究骨不连发生的原理及骨不连与骨诱导因子的关系是抗击有不连发生机理的重要课题。方法:将兔桡骨中段告成cm的缺损,A组术后即放入BMP,B组术后4周放入BMP,C组为在A组术后8周放入BMP。结果:发现BMP植入8周时形成骨小梁。B组和C组,骨缺损修复仍然取得满意的效果。

Abstract:Researching the theory of bone non-union and the relationship between bone non-union and bone induce factor was an important question to study for the mechanism of bone non-union. Methods:2cm-defect was made in themiddle part of radius on the rabbits. As for the group A, BMP was implanted soon ther the operaion;for group B, after theoperation for 4 weeks, BMP was implanted; for group C, after the operation for 8 weeks, BMP and bovine serum albumin wasimplanted in 3 contrasting groups. According to X-ray and microscop observation, the speed of repairing articular cartilagedefect and recovering in each group were known about. Results: The studied showed that after BMP was implanted for 4weeks, the defective places had a large quantity mesenchymal epithelium and cartilaginous cells. After 8 weeks, bone non-union was formed. Especially for group B and group C, after the first operation, BMP was not implanted until bone defect hasformed fiber tissue and bone, tissue, the repairing of articular cartilage defer still got the satisfactory result,that was, articular cartilage defect basically disappeared after 16 weeks.The empty contrastinng group was implanted fiber tissue and adipose tissue. Conclusion: The experiment proved that BMP played an important role during the process of fracture union, andwhether or not BMP existed in the fracture was directly connected with fracure union as well.
