慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者发生骨骼肌萎缩的机制

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者在自然病程中普遍存在营养不良和不同程度的骨骼肌萎缩,低体质量及骨骼肌消耗不仅直接导致COPD患者外周骨骼肌功能障碍、呼吸肌无力、运动耐力和生活质量降低,也严重影响其预后和病死率.通过对COPD患者骨骼肌萎缩发病机制的不断了解,才能对COPD患者营养不良、骨骼肌萎缩进行有效的干预,改善甚至预防这种病理状态的发生,从而提高COPD患者的生活质量,降低COPD患者的病死率.

Mechanism of skeletal muscle atrophy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) generally have malnutrition and different level's skeletal muscle atrophy, low body mass and skeletal muscle wasting not only induce peripheral skeletal muscle dysfunction, respiratory muscle's acratia, exercise in tolerance and reduction of life quality in patients with COPD, but also heavily influence its prognosis and case fatality rate. Through uninterrupted comprehend pathogenesy of skeletal muscle atrophy in COPD, we can do some effective intervention to malnutrition and skeletal muscle atrophy in patients with COPD, and we can improve,even prevent this pathologic state, consequently improre life quanlity and decrease death rate of patients with COPD.
