| 抗青光眼术后浅前房的临床观察与治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨抗青光眼术后浅前房的治疗。方法：对208例（286眼）抗青光眼予术患者术后出现浅前房进行蛔顾性分析。结果：286眼中，共有62眼发生浅前房占21．67％。其中滤过过盛32眼（51．6％）；结膜瓣渗漏19眼（30．6％）；睫状体脉络膜脱离10眼（16．1％）；恶性青光眼1眼（1．6％）。手术方式中以小梁切除＋MMC，术后发生浅前房的发隹牢最高。采取保守治疗53眼（85％），手术治疗9眼（15％）。结论：抗青光眼术后主要并发疵为浅前房，采取积极措施，预后效果良好。 |
