对劳教人员应用现代结核病控制策略效果评价

目的评价在琼山监狱的劳教人员中实施DOTS策略开展结核病防治工作成效。方法在2002~2004年琼山监狱劳教人员中采取普查和因症就诊相结合的病人发现方式,并对确诊的96例肺结核病人,实行直接面视下的短程督导化疗管理,并分析治疗效果。结果2002~2004年监狱劳教人员中初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率为93·9%,复治涂阳治愈率为83·3%;涂阳病人规律服药率96·7%,涂阴病人规律服药率94·3%。结论对琼山监狱劳教人员中的肺结核病人实施DOTS管理工作取得了一定的成效。

Evaluation on the results of strategy in control of tuberculosis in Qiongshan prison

Objective To evaluate the results of DOTS strategy implemented in Qiongshan Prison for provide scientific evidence in the control of tuberculosis. Methods DOTS strategy was carried out for treatment of 96 tuberculosis patients detected by general survey and outpatients examination in Qiongshan Prison during the period of 2002-2004 and the therapeutic effects were analyzed. Results The initial cure rate in t treatment of smear positive cases was 93.9%, and re-treatment smear positive rate was 83.3%.The rate of regular administration of drug by smear positive tuberculosis cases was 97.7%, while the rate of regular administration of drug by smear negative cases was 94.3%. Conclusion Certain results have been achieved in treatment of tuberculosis patients by implementation of DITS strategy.
